Information you provide to AH-Designs.com will only be used for payment and delivery. AH-Designs.com will retain this information to assist in any future queries or orders you make wish to make and We will not pass your information on to any third party. Payment is taken though the Paypal secure site who act as a mechant on behalf of AH-Designs.com. Separate Terms & Conditions apply to Paypal.

Payment

Payment is made through Paypal.com - a secure payment gateway. You do not require a paypal account to purchase items from AH-Designs. Payments may be made in other currencies and the exchange rate will depend on that offered by your card operator. All receipts are made in Pounds Sterling.

Postage and Delivery

AH-Designs offer free postage on all orders using Royal Mail. Delivery should take between 3-10 working days for items in stock at the time of ordering and during non-peak seasons (ie Christmas). AH-Designs delivers throughout the United Kingdom (including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) and also to BFPO. If you wish to purchase from outside these areas, please contact AH-Designs.com prior to placing an order.

Returns Policy

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days provided they are still in their original packaging. If you have an item you believe to be damaged or faulty from workmanship under receipt, please contact AH-Designs.com before sending back. Each item of AH-Designs jewellery is hand crafted and slight variations from piece to piece are to be expected. Due to health and safety, earrings can not be returned once dispatched.
